CodeBlips · Effective August 17, 2026 · Last updated August 19, 2026
CodeBlips requires no account and does not send your learning progress, answers, notes, analytics, advertising identifiers, or location to VybeTech Labs. Learning data is encrypted and stored on your device. This website adds no analytics, trackers, cookies, or forms.
1. Overview
VybeTech Labs LLC (“VybeTech Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes CodeBlips, a local-first application for learning programming. This Privacy Policy explains how CodeBlips accesses, processes, stores, and protects information. It applies to the CodeBlips app, package identifier com.vybetechlabs.codeblips, and to this website at codeblips.com.
2. Information processed on your device
To provide its learning features, CodeBlips processes and stores the following information locally on your device:
- Your selected courses, learning goals, project interests, and other onboarding choices.
- Lesson, exercise, checkpoint, practice, and project progress, including answer outcomes, review history, mastery records, and resume state.
- Notes, XP, quests, streaks, achievements, and other learning records.
- App settings and a local encrypted cache of verified course entitlements.
This processing happens on your device. VybeTech Labs does not receive or have access to this learning information.
3. Information CodeBlips does not collect
CodeBlips does not operate an account, advertising, analytics, telemetry, crash-reporting, or learning-data server. Through the app, VybeTech Labs does not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or account credentials.
- Your precise or approximate location.
- Your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or browsing history.
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data.
- Your lesson answers, notes, progress, goals, or usage analytics.
- Crash reports or app telemetry.
CodeBlips does not sell personal information and does not share learning data with advertisers, data brokers, or other companies.
4. This website
This CodeBlips website is static by design. VybeTech Labs has added no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, cookies, local-storage tracking, email capture, forms, or third-party JavaScript. We do not use the site to build visitor profiles.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like other internet infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to route, secure, and deliver a request, such as an IP address, requested URL, traffic-routing data, system configuration information, and request timing. Cloudflare handles that information under its Privacy Policy. This infrastructure information does not come from the CodeBlips app and is not linked to learner progress.
5. Store purchases
If you choose a one-time course unlock, the purchase is processed by the store associated with your device, such as Google Play or Apple's App Store. The store may process account, device, payment, and transaction information under its own privacy policy. VybeTech Labs does not receive your payment-card details and does not operate a purchase server.
CodeBlips receives the product and transaction information needed to ask the store to verify ownership and unlock content. The resulting entitlement state is stored locally in encrypted form. No lesson progress, answers, or notes are sent to the store as part of billing.
The store may make transaction status, order-management information, and aggregated app-performance information available to VybeTech Labs through its developer console. We use information available there only to administer purchases, refunds, customer support, and business reporting.
6. Encrypted exports and imports
CodeBlips lets you create a portable progress export protected by a passphrase you choose. CodeBlips does not store or recover that passphrase. The app opens your operating system's file or share interface so you can choose where to save or send the encrypted file.
CodeBlips does not upload the export to VybeTech Labs. Any storage or sharing service you choose is governed by that service's privacy practices.
7. Security
CodeBlips protects local progress and entitlement records with authenticated encryption. Encryption keys are kept in the operating system's secure storage. The Android app disables operating-system backup and device transfer for its private app data.
No security method can prevent every possible risk, but CodeBlips limits exposure by keeping learning data off developer-operated servers.
8. Retention and deletion
Local learning data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's storage, or remove the app, subject to your platform's storage behavior. In CodeBlips, open Profile → Settings and privacy → Delete local data to permanently remove local progress, recovery copies, encryption keys, and the local purchase cache.
Files you previously exported remain wherever you chose to save them and must be deleted there by you. Deleting CodeBlips data does not cancel store ownership. A verified purchase can be checked again through Restore purchases. The store retains purchase records according to its own policies.
Because VybeTech Labs does not receive your local learning data, we cannot access, retrieve, correct, or delete it remotely.
9. Support communications
If you email VybeTech Labs for support or a privacy inquiry, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue, maintain necessary support records, and meet legal obligations. We retain support communications only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. You may request deletion by emailing info@vybetechlabs.io, subject to records we must retain by law.
10. Third-party services and disclosures
CodeBlips uses operating-system store services for purchases and review prompts. It does not include advertising networks, behavioral analytics, social tracking, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. Privacy and support links are learner-initiated and open in an external browser or email app rather than an embedded web view.
We may disclose information we actually possess when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or app security. We cannot disclose local learning data that we do not possess.
11. Children's privacy
CodeBlips is designed for learners age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The app and website do not knowingly collect personal information from children or other learners. There are no learner accounts or public profiles.
If a child contacts us by email and we learn that the message contains personal information provided without appropriate permission, a parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion. Parents and guardians can review or delete local app data using the controls described above and can manage purchase authorization through the device's store and family settings.
12. International users
CodeBlips may be available in multiple countries, but the app does not transfer learning data to VybeTech Labs. Cloudflare, the device store, an email provider you use to contact us, or a storage provider you choose for an export may process information in other countries under its own terms and privacy policy.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when CodeBlips' features, website delivery, or legal obligations change. We will publish the new version at this URL and revise the “Last updated” date. If a future version introduces materially different data handling, we will provide any disclosure or consent required before that handling begins.
The app-facing policy of record also remains available at VybeTech Labs. We maintain the two versions so their descriptions of the app do not conflict.
